The short version

The operator app has no GeBill server: buildings, readings, photos, and bills stay on the device. GeBill Enterprise stores organization data for the company that runs it. This website only keeps a waitlist contact if you submit the form, and deletes it on request. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

What the app stores on your device

Buildings and apartments you enter, tenant names and phone numbers you choose to record, meter readings, the photos you take of meters, generated bills, payment status, and your settings (rate, fixed fee, exchange rate, official tariff). This data never leaves the device unless you export a backup file or share a bill yourself.

Sharing a bill

When you share a bill, the app hands an image to your phone's normal share sheet — usually into WhatsApp. From that point the message is governed by whichever app you sent it with, not by GeBill.

Backups

You can export a backup file and store it wherever you choose. That file contains your data, so treat it the way you would treat the notebook it replaces.

GeBill Enterprise

If you use GeBill Enterprise, organization data (buildings, customers, readings, meter photos, bills, payments, team, audit) is stored for that organization. Meter photos are private storage objects. The field app can work offline and syncs when it can. That is a different product from the operator app's on-device ledger.
